Extremely expensive bearing in mind what it offers. Rather poor brakfast, rooms could be renovated.

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly the whole time of my stay. Liked the central heating, multi-channel TV, and a study table in the room.- The location was perfect and the private parking was nearby.- The restaurant was really nice, offered delightful food.

The geographical situation of the hotel, just in the middle of the tourist attractions and center of the city. I loved also the decoration.
Apart from the very nice reception and welcome, I do not find this hotel at the level of 4 stars. The breakfast does not look like fresh. The personel does not smile. You need to look for the personel to order some hot morning dishes. The first day coffee was called served from a distributor that does not look good. In the room the curteins and cover of the bad does not look fresh. In the bathroom the design is very nice however I think that the rain shower from the top is not enough. The regular shower should be also in the equipment.

The location of the hotel is very good - just 3mins walking distance from the Market square and at the same time 15mins walking distae from the railway station. The interior was very picteresque. The room was really big and included an excellent bathroom.

the room was spartan--apparently you have to ask for an extra pillow and it was overpriced--the location is the best thing--but it was clean

Great location!!!! What a feeling to wake up and see Mariacki Church and Zaulek Niewiernego Tomasza from the window! Good breakfast and very comfortable bed! Some of the young girls that help at the breakfast could smile more... I know brfst is for free but their attitude could be more friendly.

Great location with everything nearby - shops, attractions, and even the train station just a 15-minute stroll away. Plenty of restaurants around too! The staff was really helpful and made sure to take care of us. 🌟

Great location, great style, fabulouse food. The room, 101, was amazing. We liked being on to the road and hearing the bustle outside and the proximation to the square was great. When can we come back?
